It is obvious that people at any age need stout exercise for better health and fitness however, according to this morning?s (Nov. 13, 2012) statements to Examiner.com, from the engineers behind the Exercise Efficiency Scores, ?Today?s health and fitness experts do not understand adult exercise?.
?If doctors and physical trainers judged the long term effects of the exercises they prescribe for average to older adults, instead of just celebrating the first effects they see, they would have a much lower opinion of today?s methods for adults, yet a much higher opinion of them, for children.?
?Countless adults are encouraged to jog for their cardio exercise, and their doctors and trainers often see significant energy, muscle and heart strength increases after a week or two.?
?So the assumption that running adults and seniors is a good way to keep them physically fit, looks and sounds logical. But ?the world is flat?, looked and sounded logical for most of human existence.?
They continued, ?The short term effects of exercise are temporary. If doctors would trace the long term (permanent) effects on average adults who run, for their cardio exercise (10-30 minutes per session), they could watch skeletal damage accumulate, and sooner then later, if they continue, this damage is going to harm their skeletal health and fitness?.
The engineering science of Force Mapping illustrates how virtually all cardio exercise methods, that are performed while body weight is also compressing (resting on) the legs, forces the average adult skeleton carry 8-20 times more force than actually opposes their muscle contractions.
Those higher numbers are for methods like running, that not only use the legs to support bodyweight, but actually drop the weigh onto them, which multiplies the compression that bodyweight causes, which is called ?G-Force?.
Several months ago they reported that a cardio workout on a bicycle, allows the core running muscles to exert around five times harder than running can ever allow for the average adult. This is because their leg joints are not simultaneously being smashed by bodyweight, so the leg joints can devote almost all of their mechanical ability to only loading muscle effort.
?Because fitness experts have never differentiated between how hard any exercise method stresses the skeleton, compared to muscles, they are cutting years off of pro athlete careers. They are also keeping the vast majority of adults and seniors, who cannot push their skeletons 20 times harder than their muscles, from even knowing it is possible for them to do extreme muscle exertion exercises, that do not deeply stress their joints and spinal discs.?
Their adult only, muscle building Exercise Efficiency Scores, are simply the percentage of all External Motion Resistance Energy that any exercise method or workout machine provides, that only opposes muscle contractions.
A score of 90% means that muscles will be worked about 9 times harder than bones and joints, which will also allow roughly 90% of all adults to deeply exercise their muscles without smashing their joints and spinal discs, to do so.
This morning they also explained the muscle building efficiency scores a new way, ?Any score above 50% means that the average adult will be able to exert their muscle harder, than they can exert them at any other time, doing anything else.?
50% means that their body muscles will work just as hard as their skeleton, which does not happen during any other daily activity, including modern exercise methods.
?Without fitness experts having a clue that exercise efficiency even exists, virtually all modern exercise methods still aim almost all external resistance force directly at the skeleton, which forces joints and vertebra to oppose the targeted muscle contractions, when muscles can be directly opposed before joint and disc compression even happens.?
Their total confidence in their exercise efficiency scoring methods, including that extreme efficiency is possible, came from testing Body Oars, the workout device they devised exercise efficiency scoring to evaluate.
Those water exercise paddles bypass the extremities to deliver almost all External Resistance Energy directly against the muscle contractions that normally swing the extremities.
These machines fight core muscle contractions over 9 times harder than they compress the skeleton (over 90% efficient), and have physically proven that adults who have trouble even walking, can use them to power run their core muscles through intense exercise marathons.
This sounds like they are against running adults for exercise, but that is not true, as not every exercise adults need is about muscle building or cardio endurance.
Last summer, they told examiner that all adults that can run, need weekly running exercise, preferably preformed on high quality treadmills. The reason is to maintain a strong running and walking ability, deep into old age.
Their engineering sciences show that average running capable adults should run 50-100 yards a week, but no more. They claim the 3-10 miles a week that is often assumed by today?s fitness experts, is hundreds to thousands of times too much skeletal abuse for the average adult to fully recover from.

The reason their Exercise Efficiency Scores do not apply to children is that their softer, still growing bones and joints can heal stronger after being correctly overworked, but this stops after their bones harden into adulthood, and the methods that once built stronger skeletons, start wearing them out instead.
